Alterna-Grip™ Handles can be substituted on several devices and machines when hand/grip strength fails before limb capacity. The conical shape adds surface area for the ADM (abductor digiti minimi) muscle or Palm to press against – increasing holding power past grip capacity alone.  Great therapy tool.
