The KIT converts any workout/weight lifting bench into a HALO swim-training bench. You can get great technique training and save time with home swim workouts - now for just $125 investment!

HALO's unique template-guide system promotes the crucial
"high-elbow-catch" and "proper hand-pitch" while  building
strength endurance and regulating tempo for your swims.

The KIT includes:

One clear halo template (select size per chart)

A universal aluminum bracket that straps atop any bench

A set of HALO tubing with the SPHandle grips for swim specific hand position

A metronome to set training tempos

A comfort pad for the top of the bracket

 

Note: Halo templates for the HALO kit are a different configuration than the ones used on the HALO Swim Bench.
